My foundation for counseling is that of existential phenomenology which, loosely translated, means that to find meaning in one’s life one must examine the phenomenon of living.
With my straightforward approach I am able to help people with:
anxiety/stress
impulsivity issues
substance abuse
eating disorders
depression
PTSD/trauma issues
and a variety of life changes that create emotional upheaval, such as:
grief and loss
existential issues
relationship issues
divorce
